How Do I Know That My Roof Needs Repairs?

If you’ve sprung a leak, can see that a tile is missing or a piece of guttering has come away, it’s fairly clear that a repair is needed. That said, there are a number of more subtle signs that mean a repair is required.

• Damp, rotting or mouldy underlay.
